Daniel goes to Quinn's spa for some stress relief. He works out with Quinn as his instructor. Melanie and Maggie arrive. Melanie corners Daniel on why he is not doing surgery. Daniel explains to Melanie about his hand tremors. Melanie is disappointed he did not tell her. They will deal with what ever happens together. Daniel will let her know when the test results are in. Brady can also tell that Daniel is upset. Daniel confides in Brady. Brady tells Daniel he has a lot going for him. He can reinvent himself.
At the Horton home, Jennifer is packing away the Horton Christimas ornaments. She sees Daniel's ornament and pauses.
Back at the spa, Brady also tells Daniel he was an ass for giving up on Jennifer. Daniel does not want Jennifer to know about his hand tremors. The last thing he wants is for her to feel sorry for him. Brady and Daniel are signing out of the spa when Daniel gets a message. His test results are in.
