Daniel receives his divorce papers. He looks at them and flings them aside. He takes off out the door and scares Jennifer who drops a box she is carrying. Daniel helps her pick up the items and their hands touch, sparking tension between them. Daniel asks her in and she notices the divorce papers. He said he has moved on. Daniel is nervous talking about how Jennifer must think he has rebound fever. Jennifer tells him about seeing him kiss Carly. Daniel clarifies that Carly was kissing him not the other way around. Melanie arrives and announces that Phillip has taken Parker away to Chicago. Jennifer watches as Daniel takes the news hard. Daniel says he feels bad for Chloe. Jennifer later admits she likes Daniel, she likes him a lot. They kiss.
