Phillip brings Chloe into the hospital. Daniel doesn't want to handle Chloe's case, but Phillip feels it would be better for Chloe if he oversaw her examination. Daniel agrees and asks Maxine to take Chloe to the examination room. Daniel orders blood work. He suspects Chloe has a hormonal imbalance and post-partum depression. Chloe wants to talk to Daniel alone. Daniel refuses and advises Maxine to stay in the room.
Chloe says she wishes Daniel could love her again. Daniel says it was over a long time ago and walks out of the examination room. Chloe sits and stares.
