Daniel is at the hospital. Child Services has met with Phillip and they want to take Parker. Phillip asks Daniel if he could take Parker until legal guardianship paperwork can be sorted out. Daniel is apprehensive and says no. Jennifer offers a solution. She says she will help and they can take him to Maggies. Daniel realizes he was being a jerk and agrees. Before they leave to take Parker home, they take the baby in to see Chloe.
