Daniel reviews his patient's chart and sees he has overlooked the patient's follow up need. Lexie tells him it is Ok, it has beem taken care of. Daniel says she shouldn't have to cover for him. He tells her that he and Chloe have separated. Lexie understands. Later, Chloe schemes to get Daniel's attention. She brings Parker to the hospital in a panic claiming he is sick and requesting Daniel to attend to her baby. Maxine says the baby is fine. Daniel realizes what Chloe has done and tells her he will need to file a report on what she has done. He calls Maggie to take Chloe home. When Maxine tries to dissuade Daniel from filing the report, Daniel signs the form hoping Chloe will get help. He then makes a phone call to Melanie.
