Daniel is called away from his date with Jennifer. He returns home and tells Melanie his date did not go as planned. When he realizes he has left his hospital ID at Jennifer's house, he is forced to go back to see Jennifer. When Daniel arrives, he hears her scream and rushes in. He finds she has spilled her root beer. Their emotions stumble to the forefront and Jennifer encourages him to kiss her.
