At the hospital, Chloe blurts out she is so sorry. Daniel, Phillip and Melanie wait for her explanation. When she realizes Phillip has not told Melanie about their fling, she only tells Melanie that she and Phillip were together. They were both consoling each other after both couple had had fights with their significant other. Daniel is glad Phillip was there to help Chloe. Phillip and Chloe leave Daniel's room. Daniel get the story from Melanie about her fight with Phillip. Daniel listens as Melanie said that Phillip saw her and Nathan kissing. But it was a good bye kiss. Melanie loves Phillip. Daniel is glad she worked things out with Phillip.
Later Phillip returns to Daniel's room looking for Melanie. She has gone for water. Daniel tells Phillip Melanie told him about theire fight. Daniel thinks Phillip is worthy guy, but if he ever hurts his little girl, Daniel will break his neck.
