Victor is at the hospital. He wants to take Maggie home where it is safe. Daniel tells him no. She is no condition to be moved. He and Melanie suggest him hiring Private security to protect her. Another emergency arises from the Kiriakis/DiMera war. Chad has been shot. Daniel works on the injury as the DiMera clan hovers. Daniel hears enough and abruptly leaves the emergency room disgusted. Later, Jennifer, Melanie and Daniel get anonymous phone calls to meet at the pub. Carly appears and an emotional reunion ensues. She apologizes for her actions and Daniel holds her as she cries in his arms.
