Victor and Maggie chase down Daniel at the hospital. Maggie is worried he took himself out of surgical rotation because he has MG. Daniel assures her the test results show he does not have MG. Later at the Kiriakis mansion, Daniel reveals he has hand tremors. Oddly enough, his non biological mother, Lillian also had hand tremors. Victor offers to fly in the best neurologist for him. Daniel says he is working with Dr. Lexie to work out a diagnosis. Daniel is adamant that he does not want Jennifer or Melanie to know of his condition. Maggie invites Daniel for Christmas Dinner. Daniel declines, saying he wants to spend Christmas alone.
