Daniel tries again to reach Melanie. She is not responding. He searches out Bo for answers. Rafe updates him on the gambling ring. He now has reason to worry about Melanie. Jack begins to have a meltdown, worrying about Abigail. Daniel helps Jack to calm down. Jack responds. Jennifer observes what Daniel just did for Jack. The hostages start to return to the Horton town square. Daniel is on edge, anxiously waiting for his own daughter to return. Melanie finally arrives and runs into Daniel's arms. Melanie cries. He holds her tight, thankful she is safe.
