    Daniel and Carly talk. She assures him she does not have a thing for him. They agree to have a family lunch at the pub. When Melanie brings up Daniel and Jennifer, Carly becomes uneasy and bolts from the pub. Daniel calls Jennifer and she agrees to meet him at the Cheatin' Heart. She tells a lie that she has been in touch with Jack and that is why she has been backing away from him. Daniel accepts that. Daniel tells her that he broke his promise and talked to Carly about having feelings for him. Jennifer becomes agitated he broke his promise.  She is afraid it may have sent Carly over the edge.
