After Melanie's wedding, Daniel asks Chloe to meet him at the hospital. When Chloe arrives, Daniel has a surprise for her. Dr. White had a cancellation and Daniel arranged for Chloe to have a sonogram. Chloe is delighted that her and Daniel will see their baby for the first time. Dr. White asks them if they want to know the sex of the baby. They both answer yes! Dr. White starts the sonogram, but she is unable to find a fetus. Chloe is upset and does not understand. Her clothes are fitting tight and she has taken numerous pregnancy tests all registering positive. Dr. White begins to explain, but Daniel asks her to let him explain. Dr. White leaves the room to give the two some privacy. Daniel tells Chloe there is no baby.
