Melanie and Daniel are discussing Carly's where abouts. Jennifer has an idea. She wants to video Melanie asking for her mom to come home. At the end of the taping, Melanie falls apart with grief. Daniel rushes to her side and holds her. An emergency has just come into the hospital. Maggie has been shot. Victor pleads with the Doctors that her life must be saved. Daniel promises to do what he can.
