At the hospital, Phillip wants to know why Daniel is not letting him see Melanie. Daniel is stalling to give Carly time to tell Melanie that she is her mother. When screams come from Melanie's room, Phillip and Daniel rush to see what is happening. Daniel calms Melanie down and Phillip goes back in to be with her. Chloe watches the drama and tells Daniel she needs to talk with him.
Daniel takes Chloe to the Brady Pub. Chloe is miffed with Daniel that he thinks she needs a shrink. She tells him it was a bad choice just as him letting Carly in to visit Melanie. Daniel doesn't know what Carly has to do with this. Chloe points out the he was willing to risk his career for her. She has already come between Bo and Hope's marriage. She does not want that to happen to them.
