Daniel arrives at the Salem Police Department with Carly. Carly explains to Bo that Vivian is making threats against her. Daniel confronts Bo. He wants to know what he is going to do about it. Bo takes offense to Daniel's accusations that his force is siting on its heels. Bo retorts to Daniel,"When did this become your problem?". Daniel is quick to reply it was on Bo's watch that his daughter got hurt. Bo backs down and assures everyone he will take care of Vivian. Later, when Daniel is alone with Carly, she asks Daniel not to be so hard on Bo. He is trying to help. Daniel tells Carly that he resents the fact that Bo knew about his daughter way before he did.
Daniel goes for coffee at the Java cafe. He runs into Brady and learns of his recent rearrangement with Ariana. Brady has reservations about telling Victor. He wants Ariana to be accepted into the family. Daniel advises him not to take anything Victor says to heart.
